Can you tell us about your role as General Manager Germany.

As the General Manager for Germany, my responsibilities include overseeing daily business operations, handling any unexpected challenges that arise, and ensuring that our customs clearance processes are fully compliant. I also work closely with service providers and actively seek opportunities for resource growth in the German market. Beyond these core duties, I see myself as part of the team. Whether it’s stepping in as a warehouse worker or taking on customs declarations in the office, I’m ready to take on any role that helps keep the operation running smoothly.

What attracted you to the logistics industry, and what keeps you motivated?

I was drawn to how logistics connects global markets, ensures the timely movement of goods, and helps solve complex challenges every day. What keeps me further motivated in the logistics industry is the continuous opportunity for learning and growth. Logistics is an ever-evolving field with new technologies, regulations, and global trends emerging constantly. This constant change allows me to expand my knowledge, sharpen my skills, and adapt to new challenges. It’s both rewarding and exciting to be in a position where I can learn something new every day and apply that knowledge to improve our operations and drive the team forward.

How would you describe SHAOKE Germany’s team culture?
