Multi-Seller Flex (MSF) is a fulfillment program focused on large-item products in Europe.
Sellers can process orders through MSF-enabled overseas warehouses, with Amazon handling the final delivery. The service also supports scheduled delivery and other value-added options.
Currently, this service operates under a whitelist system.
 
Shaoke provides overseas warehousing services (storage, inbound, sorting, outbound handling), while Amazon provides last-mile delivery (including heavy/bulky item handling), Prime eligibility, customer service, and after-sales support.
 
Products joining this program can obtain the Prime badge and offer scheduled delivery options.
 
If you meet the requirements, you can contact your account manager to apply for access and onboarding.
