In the Netherlands and Germany, we integrate sustainable solutions into our last-mile delivery network.
 
Electric vehicles, cargo bikes, and smart routing reduce emissions and improve efficiency. These initiatives bring us closer to carbon-neutral operations while maintaining reliable service for our customers.

Green Warehousing

Our warehouses are stocked with eco-friendly products, and our sites in the Netherlands and Belgium are powered by solar energy.

Cross-Cultural Collaboration Workshops

At SHAOKE, working in a global team means navigating different cultures, communication styles, and expectations. To strengthen collaboration across borders, we launched a series of Cross-Cultural Collaboration Workshops in our offices. The sessions focus on improving communication, understanding workplace norms, and building trust through shared experiences. Because strong teams are built on people as much as on processes.

Knowledge Sharing: “From Data to Insights”

Our Data Science Department hosted a session on AI in logistics compliance and efficiency, sharing how technology supports better decision-making and service quality. By exploring real-world AI applications, we aim to enhance both operational accuracy and sustainability.

Charity DIY & Sale for International Youth Day '23

To support children with autism who face challenges in learning and daily life, SHAOKE organized a charity sale for Min’Ai Children’s Welfare Home on International Youth Day 2023. Over 40 employees joined the event, creating traditional handicrafts and visiting the welfare home together. By contributing time and care, our team aimed to bring warmth and connection to the children.

Ensuring a Safe and Supportive Workplace

Employee health and safety remain top priorities at SHAOKE. We organize regular first aid training sessions across all offices to equip employees with the confidence and skills to respond in emergencies. This initiative fosters a safer workplace and empowers teams to act effectively when needed.

Partnering for Social and Environmental Impact

In the Netherlands, we collaborate with Stichting Samen Is Niet Alleen (SINA) on a reverse recycling initiative that combines environmental and social value.
 
We collect recyclable materials and donate repurposed products to support SINA’s work with individuals and families living near or below the poverty line. Together, we promote responsible recycling while helping strengthen the communities around us.
